Variety with five vertical lines per stripe in the reverse shield. Medium steel gray with lilac high points and with deepening toning at the peripheries. Scattered tiny marks come to light under low magnification though the unassisted eye appeal is substantial for the grade. Ideally suited for inclusion in an advanced U.S. type set.
