: There is an approval process, and you must receive an email indicating that you have been approved to bid. Registration forms are due no later than 2 days prior to the sale to be guaranteed to bid.

: No, your user ID and password remain the same but your bidder number changes with each sale.

I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?

: At the bottom of the

, there is a field to enter your User Name incase of a lost password, an email will be sent to you with your password to the address associated with your User Name. If you are still having problems, please call us at 866-811-1804 during business hours.

: Simply log in with your user id and password and once the auction goes live you can click on the link to participate in live bidding.

: For any of our public gallery auctions the online portion is "live" during the sale, and bidding does not close on the website until the lot hammers on the floor.

: This request needs to be submitted a week before the sale in order to ensure that we have enough phones and people available at the sale. Waiting until the last minute may result in us being unable to accommodate your phone bidding request.

What is the buyer’s premium?
Answer: There will be a 15% buyer’s premium added to the hammer of all auction lots that are won. Please refer to our

for more details.

Will I get a prices realized after the sale?
Answer
: Prices realized are available after the sale at our website in a pdf format. If you are on our mailing list to receive catalogues you will receive a printed version about 45 days after the sale.
